specdomain: descriptive comments also for "def" definitions

Description

It is possible to allow descriptive comments (#:) also for normal macro definitions using the "def" command? This would facilitate documentation of one-line definitions like 

# SPECD/psic.mac
def g_aa 'U[0]'
